Here’s your chance to own a fine piece of Motorsport history, the MHDT A9X.

The GENUINE item!!!!! Peter Brock’s 1978 Group C Marlboro Holden Dealer Team A9X Brock 05 sedan. Currently represented in its 1978 livery, can also run 1977 livery. This is an A9X, not to be confused with the L34, which raced up until August 1977. It was built by Harry Firth MHDT team late 1977 for Sandown and also raced Bathurst driven by Ron Harrop and Charlie O’Brien (No. 8), by Wayne Negus (No. 8) Phillip Island and Surfer’s Paradise. In 1978 Peter Brock (No. 05) raced the car at Sandown Rothman’s International Formula 5000 Series and qualified pole and won the two races and then raced by Harvey at Wanneroo. On 31st March 1979 it was first registered as a road car. Current owner since 2003. Eligible for Grand Prix – Driven in the 2012 Melbourne Grand Prix support category as per photo. Biante released a 1:18 scale model of this car in 2014. It is track ready. Ready for the next care taker of this very special Australian race car. Melbourne, VIC car.
